Game Center Leaderboards

No....I'v seen that the Game Center behaviors are only for the pro version of gamesalad!!! I've waited so long for this...Is it not possible to make gamecenter behaviors without the pro version?
Please GS Team....make the Game Center Leaderbords for free available or for a little price?

    This is why I made a big issue about announcing Game Center going Pro BEFORE the update.

    I'm not pro, and I'm glad it's for pro users only. GS devs work hard on this program and they deserve to get paid for it. Imagine working for a few years on a game, and then everybody wants you to release it to the app store for free. Everyone gets to enjoy your hard work for free? I can't believe GS is free at all.. I'd think it'd be 60 days free TOPS.. then 10.00 a month or something..

    Yes of corse...but not all have so much money or earn so much money like you? How do you earn it? With games or sponsores?

    I'd love a Ferrari but i cant afford one, should i go and tell them and then ask them to give me a free one? If you cant afford it, you cant afford it, if you really want it ... save :)

    Spend some time and make a good game you would want to buy, and do some minimal marketing when you release it. You'll earn enough to buy pro pretty quick.

    Plus, this was discussed for days after gc was announced as pro only.

    forgive my English (google translator's fault: D) do not understand how some people complain that it is expensive gs, gs gives us the opportunity to create games for free, if free, gives us the opportunity to make a game, upload the appstore and earn money, and all for free! I think if you are good at games you can earn money and buy the pro version even a BMW lol, if you are unable to earn even $ 499 maybe you should think about doing something else. Sorry if my English and I have been too harsh but it is what I think.

    It keeps telling me This game is not recognized by Game Center.
    I dont know what I am doing wrong. I know that for some of you this has been an easy process but for others it hasn't. Can somebody create a video like a step by step.

    I think many people have missed the point of GameSalad. GameSalad is a FOR-PROFIT entity. I don't know of very many business models that offer a product that you can generate revenue from and you don't have to give GameSalad a penny! The way that GameSalad generates revenue is by offering the professional version with "Professional" features. GameCenter is a professional feature. There is an enormous difference between an amateur and a professional (look at the NBA or MLB or NFL, or even a doctor compared to a student). Professional features are ones that professional game makers would 'expect' or 'require' to be a professional game maker.

    iAds is a professional feature.
    Game Center is a professional feature.

    Make some games, save some money, buy the professional, then convert the games you've already made into the "professional" versions. You can always UPDATE you're games to have iAds, GameCenter and whatever else GS deems professional material.

    If your phone is jail broken it won't work. When you jailbreak, it forces apps to show up as real, so an adhoc build shows up as a real app, which means it cant get into sandbox mode to find your sandboxes leaderboard

    Thanks jon, sorry for the delay, I was at work. My device is not jailbroken. Its been jailbrake free for a year now.

    Other than the jailbreak/appsync patch issue, these are the bullet points I would triple check:

    1. Ensure Game Center is enabled in iTunes Connect for your app.
    2. Ensure the adhoc/developer build of your app was built with a provisioning profile that matches the iTunes Connect provisioning profile for your app.
    3. Make sure your leader board is created in iTunes Connect for your app (inside Game Center settings), and make sure the leader board ID is something unique (ie. com.mydomain.gamename.leaderboard1)
    4. Make sure the leader board ID is entered into the appropriate spot in the rule in your game

    I'd be very careful to check #2 out and be 100% sure you are building using the provisioning profile that matches the game you enabled gamecenter for. Go into developer.apple.com and look in the provisioning profiles and compare everything.
