Trying to get a Budget worked out.

So I'm working on trying to establish a budget to hire a team of folks to aid in the development of my game. I have multiple ideas on what I'd like create from a fighting game related to my MMA promotion, an RPG game focused around a world I have in my head thats been plaguing me for a decade and something super simple that I haven't thought much about.
Overall, I'd like to either create a game like the one I've seen where you can upload a face and then fight it but change things around to be focused on my promotion and roster of fighters. The second game is something that I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to use game salad for because I feel it would be too complex. Story driven RPG where you gain parts and build/upgrade robots for battle. Kind of like a turn based RPG but with very detailed upgrading of your team.
So, I'm looking for serious advice on what I should expect to budget for either of these two games. I'm not looking for a firm to engage me with crazy production quotes where more than 50% of it goes into their profit margin. I'm looking for a dedicated team of people with a passion for games and want to be a part of something fun and hopefully profitable for everyone. Media contacts, marketing on a national level etc, all not a problem. I just need more details on putting a team together.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

There are a load of talented coders and artists here on the forums and is a great place to start, artwork will cost a fair bit more for the RPG I reckon.
Ace
(depending on complexity)
If your looking to hire a coder I may be interested-

Hiring a coder can be expensive though.Contact me for details if you really want to.
I have sent you a gamesalad message.Pls check it out
RPG's are very risky business, especially with the amount of assets you'll need and coding hours. Why not start out with a smaller project, and then tackle an RPG later, unless you've done games before. (My apologies in advance)
But to hire someone to do make RPG game would probably be upwards of 2K if you want a very good quality one, and that's not including the art assets.
Better yet would be to make a "test" game just for yourself and make all the mistakes you want.
After you are done, you will know a LOT more about the process and should you still need a team, you at least have realistic expectations of how long certain tasks take to complete.
GameSalads biggest advantage is that you can start to dabble and see where it takes you without losing a few thousand $$$$, nervers, hair and sleep
If you didnt get it you can send me an email
Feel free to also contact me for graphics if you need to. It's always good to get a few quotes for whatever service you are looking to out source.
My work can be seen at:

for some reason, you menu isn't working on the mrmdesign site ... or, maybe it's me?
it was my problem ... for some reason, I clicked the first url thinking it was the mrmdesign page that would open ...
Q: What is sleep?
A: Something one doesn't get when making apps!
It's still under construction so nothing works yet. (except the pretty fadey stuff)
I have been so busy that I haven't had a chance to get it finished. I will get a selection of artwork uploaded next and a contact form then a few flash games I'm working on.... So much to do and not enough hours in the day...
Thanks for looking though.
Yeah, I may change the way the gallery works, it does confuse some people. :-/
It's a bit frustrating not knowing the software itself at all because I can't effectively plan the game based on the limitations.
I would like to begin with a simple/catchy game with solid gameplay and graphics and push it to market in hopes of getting the revenue to then begin development on my RPG. I really don't see my RPG concept being something doable with GameSalad which stinks, but I'll have to go from there.
