Iam desining a platform game so far 50 levels but I was thinking if each level I can pass it in 1 minute,it will take me then 50 minutes to finish the whole game.I see people leaving bad reviews because they finish a game in 5 hours or less.do you think that's something to worry about?

Think about replayability if you can't make your levels longer.

Adding different endings, for example. Different routes through the game. Different achievements, unlockables, etc etc.

Air Supply SOS levels, if you know what you're doing ;), last less than a minute. There are 100 of them planned. Additionally, there's a hell of a lot of replayability built in, and even when everything's unlocked, there'll be GameCentre leaderboards to bring people back to playing the game.

Try and come up with ways to increase the lifespan of your game, even after the 50 levels have been beaten!

    Hope that helps!

If it takes you 1 minutes, it might take other players 3 minutes.

Honestly, I think 1 hour is a pretty decent lenght for a 1 dollar game. What's important is that it was fun. 50 levels is quite enough, this is the amount of levels I'm aiming for my game.

As quantumsheep said, you can add some bonus for completing a level perfectly. Think of finishing Angry Birds levels with 3 stars mean you can play longer if you really like it.

I'd be surprised if people give bad reviews if it took less than 5 hours to complete. Hell, I completed some triple A games in 5 hours and they have 200 million dollar budget and sold 70$. As long as it was a fun experience it's better than adding water to your wine.
