Is this type of physics game possible with GameSalad?
Over 2 years ago Twin Games released a PC game called Tomato Potato. Here is a crappy trailer:

The game can be played here: http://www.twingamesco.com/games.html
Twin Games has always loved Tomato Potato, our first ever game to be published. It's very low quality and needs some updates, but we still call it a masterpiece. I've been discussing with my brother (co-leader of Twin Games) about a sequel for the iPhone or iPad. Before we dive into making the sequel, Tomato Potato: Wilderness (name still to be decided), we'd like to know if it's possible to make this kind of game using GameSalad. I am aware of GameSalad's physics engine, but I don't know if it can produce such a game. Now, here is the big question:
Can GS create the type of physics game shown in the trailer above?

I'm happy to hear that this kind of game is possible. Now I'll explain how the game works.
You control a tomato and a potato. The objective in each level is to destroy all red blocks, the only blocks affected by gravity. In the PC version, use the arrow keys to move the tomato and WASD to move the potato. Pressing the spacebar will blow up the tomato. If the tomato's explosion hits the potato (or anything else that can make it explode), the potato will also explode. The tomato's explosion has a wide range but can only destroy so few blocks and can't go through walls. The potato's explosion doesn't have as big of a range, but it can go through walls and everything it touches (other than static blocks) will be destroyed. The potato explosion's blast radius is also very large.
Throughout the game, various uncontrollable fruits and vegetables will either help or hinder you. Onions are resistant to mushrooms and act as mini-bombs. Broccoli act as springs. Grapes can activate switches and oranges can deactivate electric blocks. Even though these objects can't be controlled, they can be pushed around.
The first Tomato Potato took place in a factory. Tomato Potato: Wilderness will take place in, of course, wilderness. More fruits and vegetables are planned, like the tank watermelon and the switch carrot.
EDIT: The idea on how the controls will work is still in progress, but here is our best idea. Tap on the tomato/potato to make them glow and controllable. Tilt the device to move the selected fruit/vegetable. Swipe up to jump (if this is possible).
