Cannot upload Mac App Screenshot

Trying to set up a app for the mac app store and I keep getting this error on the screenshot upload part : "The Mac OS X screenshot you uploaded is not valid. It must be a .jpeg, .jpg, .tif, .tiff, or .png file that has an aspect ratio of 16:10, is at least 1280x800 pixels, and is in the RGB color space."
I have tried every image size variation known to man and i simply cannot get it to accept any image i have...
Does anyone know why this is happening or have a sample image that definitely conforms to the above standards so i can see if it is a problem with itunes connect or me ?
EDIT : I got it working... why just now i don't know. It's like everytime i post it here, the gamesalad god's come down and make it work for me. Sorry again for wasting peoples time.
