Object Constantly Bounces

My object won't stop bouncing. Its restitution is set to 0, so I don't get why it bounces. If I set the restitution to be higher than 0 it will start defying the laws of physics and increase in height as it bounces.

    Is the restitution 0 on the object it's bouncing on?
