Creating a mac app store game

Quick question for you guys.

When your creating a mac app store game, do you set your target resolution to macbook or 720p ?

it doesn't matter, but 720 is a good bet. that will work on every available macbook.

What size is the best to use for the custom splash screen ? And does orientation matter on the mac ? (i presume it doesn't)
