its direct deposti to ur bank account. so after u recive your payment u go to your local bank branch or use your atm card and withdraw the money

when you sign up for a developer's account, you must provide banking information. That is the only way to get paid. About 30-45 days after the end of a month, you get a direct deposit.

If you have have sold over $20 in the previous month. Otherwise you will get paid 30-45 days after you have accumulated over $20

I have just recently been in contact with Apple and they pay all of us the same way.
Wire transfer is what they do and there is no other option.
Wire transfers are very costly as my bank charged me $30 in service fees but since my complaint, they have reduced it to $15 / month.
Apple has abbot 160000 developers and I assume most of them get payed which gives us an idea about the task they face every month.
If you are in the US, you should be happy as there is no charge to you but outside the US, it's a different story :-)
