A Swing, Really need help!!!

OK, so i'm pulling my hair out on this one, I need to know how to make a swing motion, kind of like a pendulum, there are two different actors, a ball and a chain and i need to make it so the ball swings with the chain. This is probably the third post and I still have no clue how to do it. Pleeeeeease help.
