Fuzzy graphics

So I'm working in GS and have a problem. Some of my graphics are 'fuzzy.' There not sharp. See image:

The bottom score is a lot sharper than the one on top. The one on top is currently in the scene, the one that's sharp (below) is being dragged into the scene (mouse button held down).

Can someone explain how to fix this? I'm NOT resizing the images, so it seems like they should be really sharp.

Are the graphics sized evenly? 32x68 instead of 31x67

Make sure then are even not odd in size, 26X124 not 25X125.

I just resize your .png

Also make sure that they are at 72 dpi.

It's at 72 dpi. Why does matter if their even/odd? I still am having trouble getting the image up. Here's the link, anyway:

There was a nice post by firemaplegames on odd images but I cannot find it. I think it was because GS can't center images on half pixels or someting like this.
