Arrow key HELP!!!!

Please I need help creating a up,down,left and right arrow key movement for my iPad game. I want to make the actor move when I touch up or down or any of the others. Also I want it to be when I have my finger on, let's say, the up button it will move up, but when I remove it I want it to stop. Please I need help. This has been bugging me forever. Thank you!!!
