Tax Information
For developers residing in Australia, it is a condition of the Developer Agreement that you have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and are registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), or have submitted an application to register for GST with an effective registration date no later than the effective date of Schedule 2 of your Developer Agreement. You must therefore upload a copy of your GST registration or printout from the Australian Business Register (ABR) showing your ABN and GST registration within 30 days of the effective date of Schedule 2 of your Developer Agreement.
For non-resident developers that are registered for GST, it is a condition of the Developer Agreement that you provide satisfactory evidence of your ABN and GST registration. You must therefore upload a copy of your GST registration or printout from the ABR showing your ABN and GST registration within 30 days of the effective date of Schedule 2 of your Developer Agreement.

NOTE: For Australian developers and non-resident GST-registered developers, Apple may not sell your licensed application to end-users in Australia and you will not be paid for any sales of licensed applications in Australia until proof of your GST and ABN registration is provided to Apple.
