Dear All,

I noticed that when I am at iTunes Connect and I add a new app, the form does not ask if it is an app for iphone or ipad. So, the type does not matter??? Again, when I am creating the new app ID at dev. portal, nowhere it asks if it is for iphone or ipad. At the divices I have two registered, one iphone and one ipad.

Could you please clarify that?

Thanks a lot,

Jose

When you publish from GameSalad Creator you tick which device your app is for. This gets coded into the binary you later upload to Apple.

    ah, ok, thanks a lot!

so, in practice I could publish for ipad or iphone without actually having one, right?

Yes you could but it best to test your app on a physical device as well as the preview.
