uploading audio

I have a mac as probaly most of you have and when I was trying to upload my audio file I created in garage band I was greyed out and couldn't not be uploaded. Is there anything I have to do or fix

    you have to export the file as mp3, wav, aiff etc first. you cant upload a garageband project file

    you may also want to open the file in quicktime (pro) and cut off the dead space at the end if you make a loop. GB adds empty sound to the end of files. Drives me nutso

    That drove me crazy for looping audio. If I remember correctly you need to click the loop button at the bottom and drag the yellow markers around the track. If you export it with that I think it cuts off an blank audio that it would have once created.
