Those of you who are married, how would you rate your partner's support 1 - 10?

I know that some of you are married or in a committed relationship (like me).
On a scale of 1 - 10 (hey, it's better than 1 to 2), how much support are you getting (or "feel" that you are getting) from your other half?

    Before I vote .. support with what exactly? Buying 10,000 new pairs of shoes because it's that time of the month, or putting ton of money into a new mac because one got the idea one could create some games? :P ???

    There's no 11. My wife has been indispensable in my process thus far. It doesn't help that I use HER computer hahahahaha

    I didn't get started with GS for personal work, but my wife has always encouraged me to do personal creative/fun/fulfilling stuff when I can. So she has been patient with my personal GS projects, but time with a family is always at a premium.

    My wife is supportive, she likes to play my games and then remind of how stupid certain things are, and then I make it better. :) She's addicted to my newest game. She get's really mad at me when I beat her high scores! haha

    ahh I see you all base it on playing and creating.

    Then my husband get's highest numbers + 10. We met in an online game (no, not SL lol) - he lived in Holland and I am from Denmark. 4 years ago he moved to DK and 2 years ago we got married.

    We sit in our little office, with each our computers, working on our game forums, him working with his books about coding, I working with my games and magazines - and we support each other with ideas and suggestions.

    It's a real win win (even though he did get a little pissed about me buying the mac ... not because he didn't want me to have it - but because he is a real PC geek and found out how awesome mac is) :P

    My fiancee is my best beta tester because she give me some really good advice.

    But the best moments are when she takes my iPhone or iPad to play and starts playing to a new adhoc I built without knowing it's mine and after a while she says: "This is great you should make a game like this!"

    My wife is pretty supportive. She plays my adhocs when I ask and doesn't constantly nag that I spend to much time on here. So its pretty good. Although if I go a whole year and only make enough to cover costs of GS she might be a bit hateful so I need to get back to work so I can publish something.

    My wife Susan gets 10 out of 10. She's incredibly supportive, not only of my GS stuff but other creative projects I get myself involved with using the computer. I must admit though there have been times when she has complained of becoming a computer widow - that's the time for me to stand back a little!

    I'm not married but my girl gives great support.
    She is even better, she gives great critics on game-play and ideas. So 11 would be better ;)

    And tells me I should work less, and she is right (it is 2 am as I write this ;)

    She likes games but not to much. I like to play but I sold my PS3 when I started with GS. Haha! The only thing I play now is your games and especially Air Supply.

    I give my wife a 9 just cuz she let's me spend time doing this and/or any crazy stuff I wanna do...all she says is "quality time is family time...no widgets allowed!".

    Not sure if y'all have kids, but that also plays an important role towards game development and support..mine are great beta testers and I'm making my games family projects now ;)

    As long as you dedicate time to your partner, all should be good!

    I am extremely lucky and have 120% support at home :) Finding a balance is tough though, and throwing kids in the mix, well I can't imagine how hard that must be!

    I forgot to mention. My son (21) was helping me out the other day organizing my images. How cool is that. It's starting to become a family business. Now all I need is some sales. ;)
