Ios dev expired

Hello, i have a problem, i pay the renew for my developer acount 4 days ago and still waitting for the comfirmation email, my acount now is expired and all my apps are delleted from app store, i call to apple costumer service and they talk me i have wait more, but this is riduculos they never answer the emails.
What i can do?
