Iphone Exit Issue

hi,
published a test game to iphone, after i exit the game using the home button the game dosent close completely, i mean it starts again mid level. dosent go to the startup screen. The ios is 4.3, i guess this is the multitasking thing on 4.3
any ways to correct this?
