Text - Best to use? Alignment?

Hi All,

I have just posted an update to my game-in-progress and have a couple of questions. What font style looks best using GameSalad. When I use Xcode it is always crisp and clean (even on the Simulator). But it always looks pixelated and grainy in GameSalad. Alos, I can't seem to get the alignment property to function. The text is always centered. Any help would be appreciated.
