Connect the dots

I have 8 points number 1-8. I want to be able to drag them to any position and draw a line from 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, and 7-8. Then have collision on these lines. Any idea how to go about this? I followed T-shirt booths drawing a line tutorial and I think that could work if I knew how to implement this into it.

I believe TSB also has a drag video up, so I would take a look at that and try to combine it with his draw a line video. Best of luck
