TSB's slide to play demo

Hey guys I must be blind or something but I skimmed through twice and couldnt find rules defining what plays the click noise and what changes the scene.

While I could code this on my own I was just wondering where it was or how he is doing it. Got the demo for the text that fades with the slide, which I thought was a nice touch.
