iPad connected to Flatscreen = wrong orientation?

Hey folks,

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a connected TV dispay my iPad 2 app in landscape mode?

I've connected it using the HDMI converter from apple and it defaults to portrait (causing my app to appear 90 degrees clockwise -turned on it's side)

    Landscape and portrait both work ad I tested just last night through my connector on my app Tropical Totems
