Where do I find Application Loader?

I have completed the most part of the publishing process.

But now I need to find the Application Loader. Where can I find this?

I've got the gamefile and now I need to upload it.

Can anybody help with a tip on this last part?

    spotlight search for it on your mac, I think its buried somewhere.

    Did you download it from iTunes Connect already?

    Edit: NVM. I forgot it comes in the iPhone SDK now.

    Yeah it was on the computer thanks.

    It found my file very quickly but then it asks me to choose something without any description of what it wants. It has already found the file so what should I look for?

    I'm stuck. It seems impossible to release the App.
