Collide Issue

i have one actor who slides across the screen,i want it to collide with my character and knock me back abit,as well as knock that character back then the character will carry on its journey unless it hits me again,sorry if i missed any demo's i couldn't find any or info about it

    Play with density and restitution and perhaps constrain y so the actor doesn't get thrown in the air or you could gi the harder route with collide and create rules for like .3 seconds accelerate in the opposite direction

    i wonder if i could use self.motion linear in a timer but i want to be thrown in the opposite direction to the actor hitting me hmmm

    ok my restitution is already at 0 because im colliding with the ground so non of the other rules would work im using interpolate as it over rides any rules,the problem there is im using interpolate for my actor and i cant get one interpolate to over ride another and i dont want to use accelerate as its not smooth any other suggestions

    is it possible to switch behaviours on and off using rules

    I think the interpolate is going to cause all your trouble as they complete their action.
