Music track opinion?

    cool! When I bought my mac, garageband didn't work :/ even APL CARE couldn't help -.-

    To be honest I think it needs lots of work. It's repetative, rather boring and not well mixed. If I were to listen to it in a game over and over again I'd throw out the phone. Try with a longer melody and vary it more. Some harmonies that goes with the melody instead of that second "channel" that comes in.

    Hey guys! Just made another, what do you think? Its a work in progress, I'm going to try to figure out how to change it up in some parts.

    Both of them sound cool. but yah the first one is a BIT repetitive. I think after so long you should go into like a new verse with a new beat and then dive back into the first beat. Just mix it up a bit.

    is this for a game or are you getting into making music,producing, ect?

    For critism if your just starting using garageband its not bad at all . But if you want a honest opinion its still to repetative. Switch some octaves up in the synth , vary a note or 2 in the drums every now in then. Have secondary synths and different basselines.

    cool, thanks guys! I enjoy getting some constructive criticism that I can build off of. I'm going to look into how I can change it up. The song was just something I was messing around with. Probably not going directly into a game, it'll need some tweaking first.
