jumping through platforms help please

does anybody want to help me add the jumping through platform function to my game because i really don't understand what people are putting on here

    exactly like msones said in your other post 1 hour ago.

    Create new rule:ALL
    IF self.position Y is > then platform Y
    Put in a collide rule with platform

    kirkland, if you can't master this with so much in the way of specific instructions, it's unlikely you'd be able to get through your whole game. If you still need to see what it looks like in gamesalad, start a new project and search for "platform" - people have uploaded dozens of platformer examples, and you should be able to examine them and pick up a few tips.

    dude everyones been helping you and told you EXACTLY what to do.Tshirt was even nice enough to send u a demo and tell you what to do in the email. Im sorry but after all that you still cant get it, then game development isnt for you

    one last quesiton if i made another actor which would be like a wall how would i make the square not go through the wall

    i did that and i collided with it and the wall started going in the air i just want it to stay away from the wall so when you hit it the wall stays there but you do not go through it
