How to Publish to Itunes

I know the gamesalad says there is an easy button to press to publish it straight to itunes but can someone take me through the stages of publishing it to the app store.

Some ppl find this process very tough and some don't. I never have any issues with publishing and all I have have ever read was this part of the wiki.
