Change Velocity Issue

I just purchased GS project resizer and changed the landscape from iphone portrait mode to ipad portrait mode. The velocity worked fine in iphone mode but in ipad the speed is slower than the iphone, so i went to increase the velocity speed and it still continues at the same speed. It seems like its not registering the change in velocity for the ipad version any ideas?

    its gonna be hard to tell without seeing all the rules. Do you have a interpolate somewhere or something that makes the movement relative to certain cordinates? cause then you would have to make the cordniates bigger with a shorter duration to accomadte for the larger ipad screen
