contract in place for the price tier

Hello
What is the contract in place you have to have in order to sell your app?
I want to sell my app at tier 1 but cannot work out what it is. CAn anyone help?

    You need to have a contract for paid apps which is separate to the contract for free apps.

    visit itunesconnect and click on contracts, tax & banking. Then 'request' ios paid apps.
