I was under the impression that Pro users can remove the GS Splash before the games start...

How does one do this?

When you publish a game, on the second screen in the publish process, there is an advanced button. Click this and it lets you change a number of settings including setting a custom loading screen which replaces the GS one.

Where is that? I'm on the 2nd screen of the publish, and I see the Advanced Options...

However, I don't see anything about a splash...

Also, what is Require armv7 mean?

Just to be clear you can replace the Splash screen with your own but you cannot remove all splash screens.

Also if you game is in landscape you will need to rotate your splash screen image 90 degree's to the right the custom splash only allows for a portrait image.

So I can't remove it if I don't have a splash screen of my own yet?

no if you dont replace it with your own the gamesaald one will show. You cant just turn the gamesalad one off. Just have a loading image for the splash screen if u dont have a logo or anything

    Nope.

Also ARMV7 only means it will be limited to only work on 3rd and 4 gen iphone and ipods and all iPads

Got ya. Well, until then I guess I'll go with the GS one.

What if I have multiple splash screens? Do I need to make a scene with a timer on it?

Dude - you could just make a splash with the word 'loading' on it - might as well, eh?

How do you have multiple splash screens, like say a company and then an advertisement? And do you have to have pro version to do this?

When I get to the advanced screen for the landscape image and try to choose my splash screen image - no luck. I cant seem to "click" my png image file.
Does it need to be a sort format, size etc?

    Thanks

Yea you can only place a portrait image (320 x 480). You have to rotate manually your logo or slogan inside your image in Photoshop or whatever software you use.

Thanks - for the iPad it needs to be 1024x748.

okay got that to work. Uploaded the game to GS and at the finish (besides saving the game) I clicked on " the top button that syncs the game to iTunes.

Well the game shows up ready for syncing but half way through the sync a message comes up stating something not having the correct profile.

Any help in syncing the game to my iPad so I can see my new Pro splash screen?
