Can You Change Leaderboards order?

Can you change leaderboards order when the App in LIVE, or when submitting a new version?
I have ePig Dash iwith Lower score first, and its really annoying, lol

Instead of this, Sort Order Low to High
I want Sort Order High to Low

    I think you can edit it any time, just dont change the ID.

    I Dont have the Option, of changing it when an app is Live in app store.
    Any screenshot or video?
