circular collision area

I feel like I should be able to do this, but it isn't working the way I want.

I created a ball in photoshop, it has no background so the only thing being saved is the physical round object.
I import the PNG into Gamesalad, set the collision to "round" instead of "rectangle" (or whatever it is) and I am still catching the square corners of the PNG.

Any idea how to get around this?

    I guess that could be it. I'll look more closely, I was just wondering if I missed a step somewhere.
