"Refresh scene images" button

I'd like to see a button in the GS game window, where you can refresh the little thumbnails you click to get to the individual scenes. Anytime I change something in the scene, it doesn't show up unless I delete the scene, and then "Undo Delete."

    Also we need a refresh images in Inspector. Many times I am updating images in my scenes and each time I have to re-import/refresh. or even an auto refresh would be nice
