Publishing Error with Video

I'm desperate, nothing seems to fix that error.
Try to:
- Create new certificates and provisionings
- Reinstall GS, xCode, reset Keychain
- Create new GS account
Certificates are all Valid (with green mark)
Certificates are in "Login" type in Keychain
Provisioning and App ID have the same name
Provisioning is installed in xCode (drag and drop, it is on Organizer)
What is $%&/· wrong.. I really don't know what to do at this point.
PD: In video skip from 6:55 to 9:40 (it is loading all that time)

My WWDR was with "Allow always" option just turn it to "Default" and it works.
