I have sound issues too. 9.3 had that problem, but after the update it isn't changed. All the files displayed this name: com-xxxxx (xx stands for several numbers). install the sounds again wouldn't solve the problem neither!
Are there more persons with sounds problems in GS update 0.9.4?
Mp3 don't work neither. And these com-xxxxx music files which renamed by the update 0.9.3....i can remove them out of my project! Even not when i am trying to use the right mouse button on my project file and clear the sound map. Those weird com-xxxxx files stay in my project all the time.
All different music files like .mp3 and .ogg plays good on my mac, so my sound and codecs are good.
