Collision- Touch Problem...

Hello, I have a problem that when i drag something onto something else they don't collide or bounce but stay one on top of other...

i need to make something like a cage where things cant be dragged out of it's walls...any ideas what the problem is?

of course....but nothing happens....they just sit on top of each other or pass through one another...
