can i have different rules in one actor that is placed more than one in a scene?

do i am correct to what i think. if a create a actor, then place it more than one time in the scene, if i double click on the actor but in the scene, then i add some rules,, this will only work on this actor, and the rest wont do anything? but if i click on the actor to the left where you create and delete actors, and i add some rules, all this rules will apply to all the same actors in the scene?

Yes up to it will only apply to all of the actors in the scene you have not clicked the unlock on.
