I publish a game on the Appstore called 'Gamesalad GAMEBOX'? It includes the Gamesalad logo a few times.

    WhY? Just seems an odd thing to do- given that you know that their logos and names are copyright and trademarked. Why not just make a game without complications?

    i don't know if you'll get sued mate , but they probably ask you to remove it ,
    so i suggest you remove it and make the changes now and save time , cause it is a copyright violence .

    someone earlier had a app called "GameSalad Tester" or something like that, it allowed you to view touches and accelerometer data. They were asked to rename the app and remove the logos.

    So no, you can not use them.
