Can you edit Gamesalad apps on SDK/Xcode? And other questions

Hello everyone
I am considering using Gamesalad and I have a few questions on it. I would really appreciate if you guys took the time to answer any of them.
1) Can you edit your apps on the original SDK, mainly to add and edit code? Or do the apps come "as is"?
I don't have expert Objective C knowledge. In fact, my skills are pretty basic... but I would like to use anything extra that I know.
2) Can you create other apps with GS? For example, interactive books or spreadsheets/graphs?
3) I checked some GS apps and they had the Gamesalad logo as their intro. I don't like that. I noticed in the Pricing page it lists "White loading screen" as a benefit to having a paid membership. Does it refer to the Gamesalad logo loading screen? Does it just leave a white screen instead? Is there any way to edit that loading screen to an image/backround or animation of your choice?
Thanks
Andy

2. Interactive books yes. Spreadsheet... Very unlikely.
3. You get to put in your logo instead of the GS one in pro
