Is it seriously a 90 day refund policy? I finish all of the AAA games in 3 months. If this is so how do you deal with it.

Thanks :)

i doubt you need to worry, just do the best work you can on the game to make sure the majority don't go for the refund

Yes you can get a refund for downloads but you have to email Apple and justify it. Im sure apple is not going to continue refunding ppl if they have a history of it and they certainly are not going to refund someone just because they finished to fast in their opinion. Apple loses money when they refund too.

Awesome thanks guys! Just to be clear a -1 in red in your itunes connect is a negative sale right?

in 5 months, i had two negative sales (because of price change from free to 99 cents while someone downloaded) ... so, it really doesn't matter.

But on the other hand, I have bought a few apps which, had i known about the possibility to reverse a sale, I would have done that.

RapidWeaver was about 50 Dollars and i don't have it installed anymore. Taco HTML is also not as useful as their description says ... but, that's life :)
The good part is that plenty of apps are very good and they were so cheap to easily offset the few dollars wasted :)
