Max large of a scene?

I'm going to do a platform game, so I wanted to know how large a scene can be. Which is the max? Or it could be like 5000x320 ?

For one of my games, I did a HUGE scene, and it worked fine. I think how many actors are in the scene is what really matters.

There is no max that I know of. 5000x320 should be fine. You will have to tile the background though because the largest image file GameSalad can handle is 1024x1024

Can you give me an aprox. size that you used?
