How to update Viewer

I updated to .9.4, and now am wondering how to reinstall the viewer on my ipod touch.
I've downloaded it, so now what do I do? (A step by step would be really great--do I just remove everything from the ipod, and provisioning portal, and then do what the tutorial video says to install it?).
