inspired by 4 free backgrounds

i was inspired by the 4 free backgrounds post so i made some backgrounds and here they are:

    does no one realize there is an edit button? The backgrounds are ok, but giving away stuff like this is usually just busy work for you. Backgrounds need to be tailored to the game being made, not the other way around.

    If you want to help out, you should put a post in the marketplace saying you're looking to design backgrounds for people and see what they are looking for.

    like i said, the backgrounds are nice, but how would you use them? I think he'd get a bigger response if he tailored backgrounds for people on request (over in the marketplace) than putting out some generic ones.

    i actually didnt reallize there was and edit button! "doh!"

    anyway i was just messing around with photoshop and decided to post these to the forum. i do plan on using them in games though. if your not very familiar with photoshop i have a tutorial uploading to youtube at the moment.

    What ever, they might not be useful in games but they would be nice for wallpaper :D

    @icanmake I saw your question on the other thread "4 free backgrounds" about faded edges. Its very simple, just make a radial gradient over your image that is solid black but has zero opacity on one of the sides.
