Stealing Templates?

Hello im new to GS and am really looking to at developing using it, however i have come across some topics on here about templates being stolen ect. Im new so forgiven my naivety if i am wrong but when you create a game does it get uploaded for everyone to see so basically can be ripped? or is there some privacy settings for it?

They technically didn't do anything wrong, because the seller of said templates never stated that the template couldn't be uploaded "as-is." It's just in poor taste to buy a template and sell it without changing graphics and such.
If you upload to gamesalad.com and you click the "downloadable" portion then users can download the project file and edit it as they please.
What we are referring to with the templates steeling threads is that sometimes (you can see for yourself in the market section) people make templates with hard to code features or almost finished games and sell them to someone interested in getting a jump start in their games. There was this one guy that kept emailing people asking them to give them the templates they bought in exchange of other templates he had.
