Major Gamesalad Bug!

So I was working on my latest game salad project and copied some rules from an actor on a scene to an actor prototype. It seemed to copy but just eft a blank space. Ever since I have not been able to edit my project. Here is a video showing off what I mean. (I think I say I copied attributes, thats wrong, I meant rules)


(I think the video capture lagged out a bit at times but hopefully you can get the jist of it )

Any help is VERY much appreciated.

So I deleted the actor and created a new one. Took bloody ages because it was linked with a BUNCH of others

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here with my guess. I bet in the rules you copied there was reference to a scene attribute or an attibute of another instance in the scene that is only accessible when you are in the scene.

And what happens since I believe the 0.9.0 update anytime you copy and rule with one of those attributes it locks up your project.

If thats not the case then something probably got corrupted in your save file and thats the part triggering it.

The scene attribute thing is a known bug I don't think they have gotten fixed the save corruption thing is something that happens off and on and that why you want to save as every single time so you get a new save file and reduce the chance of it becoming corrupted.

Either way there is not much of a fix for ether issue other than go back to a save file that works and start from their again.
