Random scene and actor placement

I'v been trying to get actors to randomly appear in 1 of a few different specified locations, and if possible like have 4 actors all randomly trade spots. Also is there any way to make groups of scenes randomly trade spots, like have scenes 2-5 randomly trade, and scenes 8-16 to randomly switch? Please give me specific instructions i'm new to GameSalad, Thanks.
