My vote was for the top one. But, like everyone else said, it is a little hard to read. Might I suggest making the background look like a blueprint and then having the white text on top of that.

As a professional logo? Neither one is good. Both are too complex and distracting, that by the time it fades away and goes into the game, the viewer will not remember what Name was on the logo. They'll remember a cityscape, or some sort of schematic, but the first thing to pop in their head will not be "Jordan Morgan Apps"... which is the most important thing for the logo to do.
