Newbie question about new rule.

Is there any difference between clicking "new rule" in the top right of the actor window and dragging in "rule" from the behaviors list?

    Clicking the upper right usually puts the rule at the bottom of the list whereas when you drag the rules you can insert them most easily where you want them.

    Another tip I found is that if you click on a behavior that is already attached to your actor, then click the rule button in the upper right, it nests the behavior into the rule.
