A bug?

I was doing my game and I try to save it but it says
The document “space.gameproj” could not be saved. You don’t have permission.

and

To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info.

so I check the info thing, is all right, I can write and save

then

I try to use save as, nothing works

is anything going wrong? help please

don't know, I have to use my project a week ago since my time machine has not backup for a week
