Dev site bugged?

I just created a new APP Id and was making a Distribution Prov file. But when I clicked submit. Apple said they cant process my request at this time.

WTH?

    Still will not make a prov for me when i hit submit.

    Check out your distribution certificate. The same thing happened to me earlier today. Make sure you have a valid distribution and development certificate in place. Hope that helps.

    Nope it has a 2012 exp date.

    I still can not get the provision page to make me a Provisioning file. This is stupid.

    anyone not encountering this problem? i called apple and they didnt know what the issue was so they just gave me a reference number _>_

    stupid, and idiotic i was hoping to publish my first app today

    I also tried to create a provisioning profile today and got error "we are unable to process your request".
    What a bad luck , 2 months of hard work over my app and I'm unable to publish until they fix it.

    wwdc was yesterday and theyve been making changes to the dev site. You werent even able to log in at all until recently. Itll be back soon, just take a chill pill and keep tryin

    This is getting ridiculous. No one has been able to make Provisioning files for 2 days.
