Need help with viewer

I have an Ipad and I am trying to use the viewer. The issue comes in when I try to use Xcode and the instructions differentiate from what I see. I am at the part where it says I should have Device3.0 and Release selected, but I don't see an option for Active SDK. to select the device. I might have confused myself. Any one have any insight with this issue.

    If you are looking for an info file, or something like that, search for 'info' in the upper right. it will highlight the doc you need to add your bundle id to. Is that where you got stuck?

    Now I can't find the file info.plist but everything else seems to be there
